THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The prosecution's charge against former police chief TP Senkumar for making a bad statement against the accused in the attack on Kochi Lucknow Behera, the head of state police has got legal advice on this. It is likely that the FIR will be registered soon. 

The ADGP Sandhya inquiry report was investigated by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) Sandhya also recommended that the non-bailable offense be filed against him. Senkumar's bad reference was in the interview given to a weekly magazine. 

The police have informed that the complaint was filed against Senkumar in the case of legal advice. However, Lokmat Behra has said that it has received legal advice and decided that further action would be taken.

Senkumar's reference is towards intruderism. Not even from the normal person. The ADGP Sandhya inquiry report said that the censors misused the official status and suspected investigators were involved in attempting to overthrow the investigating officers. 

The recommendation is to charge the Senkumar (Section 5 (1), Department of Police (Section 31 (1), Indian Penal Code, 499 and Indian Penal Code, 499.

Meanwhile, the Crime Branch investigation is being conducted against Senakumar in the complaint of having raised the issue of religious harassment. The High Court granted him interim bail with the conditions in this case.
