തൃശൂര്‍: മാതൃഭൂമി മുന്‍ സീനിയര്‍ റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ടറും തൃശൂര്‍ പ്രസ് ക്ലബ് മുന്‍ പ്രസിഡന്റുമായിരുന്ന അത്താണിക്കല്‍ എ കെ വിജയന്‍ (88) അന്തരിച്ചു. കൂര്‍ക്കഞ്ചേരി വടൂക്കരയിലെ വസതിയില്‍ വച്ചായിരുന്നു അന്ത്യം. സംസ്‌കാരം ഇന്നു വൈകിട്ട് നാലിന് വടൂക്കര സ്മശാനത്തില്‍.
ഭാര്യ: കോമളം. മക്കള്‍: മൈത്രി (മാതൃഭൂമി, തൃശൂര്‍), ജൈത്രി, ഭവ്യ (സാമൂഹ്യ ക്ഷേമ വകുപ്പ്, മട്ടാഞ്ചേരി). മരുമക്കള്‍: ജയദേവന്‍ (റിട്ട. യുണൈറ്റഡ് ഇന്ത്യ ഇന്‍ഷൂറന്‍സ്), പരേതനായ ദിനേശന്‍, സാബു.
