ന്യൂഡൽഹി: ഓര്ത്തഡോക്സ്- യാക്കോബായ സഭാ തര്ക്കത്തില് താക്കീത് നൽകി സുപ്രീം കോടതി. തീര്പ്പാക്കിയ വിഷയം ഇനി രാജ്യത്തെ ഒരു കോടതിയും പരിഗണിക്കരുതെന്ന് സുപ്രീം കോടതി ഉത്തരവിട്ടു.
വീണ്ടും വീണ്ടും ഹര്ജികള് വരുന്നത് അംഗീകരിക്കാനാകില്ലെന്ന് കോടതി വ്യക്തമാക്കി. 1934ലെ മലങ്കര സഭ ഭരണഘടനയിലെ വിധി അന്തിമമാണ്.
