കോട്ടയം: കോട്ടയം മെഡിക്കല് കോളജിലെ കെട്ടിടം തകര്ന്നു വീണു. പതിനാലാം വാര്ഡിന്റെ ഒരു ഭാഗമാണ് തകര്ന്നത്. മൂന്നുനില കെട്ടിടത്തിലെ ഓര്ത്തോപീഡിക് വാര്ഡിന്റെ ഭാഗമാണ് ഇടിഞ്ഞുവീണത്.
വലിയ ശബ്ദത്തോടെ ഇടിഞ്ഞു വീഴുകയായിരുന്നെന്നാണ് ദൃക്സാക്ഷികള് പറയുന്നത്. വാര്ഡിലുണ്ടായിരുന്ന രോഗികളെ മറ്റ് ഭാഗത്തേക്ക് മാറ്റുകയാണ്. രണ്ടുപേര്ക്ക് പരിക്കേറ്റതായി റിപ്പോര്ട്ടുണ്ട്. പൊലീസും ഫയര്ഫോഴ്സും സ്ഥലത്തെത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട്.
