Ronnie Kuriakose is a computer programmer-turned-journalist who currently works as chief sub editor and senior reporter with The New Indian Express, Kochi. He reports on Defense and Maritime Affairs, and pens long form stories on culture, travel, and history. Occasionally, he also turns a sharp critique on the civic issues upending Kochi, his hometown. His hobbies include programming, songwriting and board game design.
